How I Use Movie Clips In My Videos – Fair Use
One of the most common qustions I get asked is how I use movie clips in my videos. The short answer is: Fair Use. It’s a legal doctrine that allows us to use copyrighted material without consent of the copyright holder under certain circumstances.
There are no hard and fast rules – it’s a pretty grey area. However, there are some guidelines that will increase the odds of you not going to prison is you use just a tiny bit of End Game in your next YouTube video.
